Ibuka, district clash over Kabgayi commemoration
MUHANGA – The association of Genocide survivors in Muhanga district has expressed dissatisfaction with the district’s decision to shift the Kabgayi Genocide commemoration date from July 2 to June 30. Ibuka president in the area, Eugene Karangwa, has petitioned the Ministry of Sports and Culture and the National Commission for the Fight against Genocide (CNLG).
