US Embassy to teach English

The US Embassy, in partnership with Kigali Health Institute (KHI) launched the English Access Micro Scholarship program, which will teach English to secondary. At the official launch at KHI, it was announced that the objective of the program is to address the challenges faced by many students who find in difficult to express themselves in English, yet most universities here and abroad use English as the language of instruction.
