Editor, Through you paper, l would like to request whoever is in charge of humps around the city to please paint them. I have on many occasions seen drivers screech their tires as a result of abruptly getting to a humps. These humps were at one point painted but over time, that has faded away. I am not sure of who is in charge, but since you are the only daily newspaper in Rwanda, I believe one of you readers will either inform the relevant authorities or better still, someone in charge may be your reader.
