Barthez visit excites Ruggers
THE Vice President of the National Rugby Federation Gerald Nsenga is optimistic that Jean Luc Barthez’s trip to Rwanda will yield good results. The Confederation of Africa Rugby (CAR) development manager jets in this afternoon for a three-day working visit to evaluate the level of rugby in the country.
