Shame on arrested IBUKA officials
Editor, How awful it is that the people meant to help the Genocide survivors are the ones exploiting them! It’s sad to read that IBUKA officials, as senior as Secretary General and Vice President have been arrested for alleged mismanagement of survivors’ funds.
