Editor, I’m quite impressed by the fact that the Students Financing Agency for Rwanda (SFAR) has begun the loans application exercise earlier than usual, to avoid the confusion that was experienced last year. It was quite chaotic. Last year, students accused SFAR of giving them a raw deal while SFAR said the students had misunderstood the new procedures. Now that the process begins earlier, I believe that the confusion that mired the previous years will be a thing of the past.
