Editor, I am not sure if the rest of Kigali is experiencing the same water shortages that the Gacuriro / Kagugu area is currently facing. It is annoying that the relevant authorities do not see it important to apologize to their customers and, more importantly, keep us informed of whatever is going on. In my opinion, RECO/RWASCO is either ignorant of the situation or maybe it doesn’t think that it is such a big issue. I beg to differ. The water shortage is increasingly irksome and it doesn’t seem to be coming to an end. Linda Kamaliza Kagugu
