Customer Service at Bourbon MTN Center is wanting

Editor, In the spirit of saying “NO” to bad service, I wish to register my dismay at the quality of service at MTN Nyarutarama. A friend and I went over on Tuesday morning to have a coffee and we were received with smiles and enthusiasm. Well, that was until our orders arrived First of all, it is important that one’s order (in this case coffee) arrives with whatever else they have ordered (a muffin in this case). It makes no sense to serve me coffee and when I’m done, you bring the snack; it can possibly even choke someone. When we put the waiter to task, we got a quick apology. But what really irked us was that we ordered a specific sauce and waited for the waiter to bring it to us. Getting frustrated I looked around and found the waiter standing on the other side of the restaurant totally unbothered that he had not delivered our order. As I challenged him to explain why he did not have the courtesy to come and inform us why he could not deliver our order, one of the managers jumped in to say, “I am sorry, he informed me but “it is our policy that waiters do not tell customers when something ordered is not available…’ The reasoning behind this is that maybe the management can find a suitable alternative. Unbelievable!For the prices Bourbon Charges they should hire real customer service trainers. They need to improve their tidiness, the staff t-shirts and the habit of taking forever to hand you your bill. Disgruntled Bourbon customer
