Residents lament state of Genocide memorial site
HUYE – Residents of Simbi Sector, Huye district have called on local authorities to refurbish a Genocide memorial site in the area; where over 18,000 victims of the 1994 Genocide are buried. The call was made on Sunday during ceremonies to accord decent reburial to the remains of 13 victims exhumed from different areas in the Sector.
