The One-Stop Centre of KCC is a great initiative
Editor, I was very pleased to read in your newspaper that KCC have set up a One-Stop Centre for construction. This will definitely facilitate doing business in Rwanda. Reducing the time for acquiring land documents from 210 days to just 30 days augurs well for the city and the country.
