Gen. Marcel Gatsinzi to head new ministry
KIGALI - General Marcel Gatsinzi has been appointed to the new post of Minister of Disaster Preparedness and Refugee Affairs. Gen Gatsinzi was until last week the Minister of Defence before being replaced by General James Kabarebe, former Chief of Defence Staff (CDS).
