All airlines have issues
Editor, I wish to register my protests concerning the letter published on Thursday titled “Kenya Airways (KQ) is a dangerously dysfunctional carrier”. It is true and we know that this airline has problems, especially with customer care, but the letter creates an impression of a risky airline to fly with.
