Judges vow improve service delivery

RUBAVU – Members of the legal fraternity meeting in Rubavu district for two days retreat have reaffirmed their commitment to improving the overall justice system. The retreat that attracted 22 officials from various courts in the country is intended to come up with solutions to the challenges facing the judiciary.
