Residents cautioned on small arms

NYAGATARE - Residents of Nyagatare district were on Saturday cautioned against illegal possession and use of small arms in the country. Speaking in Nyagatare sector, Asst. Commissioner of Police, Vianney Nshimiyimana, who is the coordinator of the department charged with the fight against the illegal use and possession of small arms, said people found in possession of small arms risk five years imprisonment under the newly enacted law.
