Editor, It’s amazing just how situations can change. A few months ago Joseph Ntawangundi was causing a raucous. When he got arrested on Genocide-related charges he railed against the alleged injustice of it all. The former Principal of EAVE-GITWE, an agro veterinary college, was arrested in February, and after weeks of claiming that he was a victim of mistaken identity, yesterday finally came clean and confessed.
