Man drowns in Lake Kivu

RUBAVU – Police in Rubavu district have arrested one person only identified as Mbarimombazi in connection with the death of a 21-year old man who drowned in Lake Kivu last Sunday. The body of the deceased only identified Uwayisaba, a resident of Nyabihu district was retrieved from the lake by the police.
