Gacaca orders Kabuga’s brother to pay Rwf 70m
A Gacaca court in Kanombe sector has ordered Theogene Rutayisire, the brother to Genocide fugitive Felicien Kabuga, to pay Rwf70m to the family of the late, Gerald Karumeyi whose property he snatched during the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.
