Last week, Kigali city was treated to a blue colored convoy of motorcycles accompanied with music announcing Tigo’s new call rates. The procession moved through Nyabugogo, Nyamirambo, Kimironko and Remera. The blue buses were followed by young men and women dressed in blue overcoats giving away flyers, and a few freebies to the cheering crowd. Ends
