Man arrested for attempting to bribe police officer
GATSIBO - Police in Gatsibo district have arrested a man for attempting to bribe a police official. Shem Rukundo, a resident of Mbogo cell, Kiziguro sector in Gatsibo district was apprended by the very officer he attempted to bribe, the Kiramuruzi Police Post commander, Chief Sergeant Edmund Habimana.
