Editor,A partnership like the one recently announced between the football governing body (Ferwafa) and the beverages company, Braliwa, is great for local sports. This partnership will improve Rwandan football which is already doing great things at regional and continental level. The partnership will undoubtedly improve the quality of the competition. Previously, the Bralirwa sponsored the league for a tune of Rwf 200, million and the league improved compared to years before the partnership. The budgetary increase is very important. The three year duration of the partnership will be very crucial in developing the national league and football in general.
