The National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) has announced that results of the 2021-2022 national exams for senior six will be released on Thursday, December 15. According to NESA 45,772 students were expected to sit for the exam, while candidates from Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) were 19,893 and Teachers' Training College (TTC) 2,890. “NESA informs all the students, parents, and Rwandans at large that National Examinations results for the Senior Six Examinations will be announced on December 15, at 11 am,” NESA announced in a tweet posted on Monday. Records have it that there was an increase in the number of A-Level candidates by to 1.7 per cent, up to 52,145 (26,892 girls and 22,894 boys) from 52,291 in 2019. The results come two months following the release of results for both Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) and Ordinary Level (O’level), which were announced September 27.
