More ATM’s please in Remera

Editor, People living in Remera are troubled by the lack of access to functioning ATM machines at banks. There are two in the area known as ‘Kisimenti’ - one at Fina Bank and one at Eco Bank. Most of the time, the ATM at Fina Bank has no money in it, or it is only able to dispense a maximum of Rwf 20,000 in Rwf1,000 notes. The ATM at Eco Bank a few doors down has been ‘Temporarily out of Service’ since August 2009.
