District to build memorial site

NGOMA – Local district authorities have unveiled plans to build a new Genocide memorial centre in Rukumberi sector.Speaking at a preparatory meeting for the forth- coming commemoration period, the Ngoma district Mayor, François Niyotwagira, asked sector leaders to start identifying remains of genocide victims that need decent reburial.
