Local defence personnel cautioned

RUHANGO – Local leaders in Ruhango sector, Ruhango district have cautioned local defence personnel against misconduct. Speaking at a meeting of the Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF), sector official, Jean Marie Nahayo, said some local defence personnel in the area had recently been abusing their responsibilities.
