Precaution vital in Asbestos removal

The government has advised against poor disposal of asbestos materials used for roofing. Vincent Karega, the Minister of Infrastructure (MININFRA), announced, this week, that the ministry has put together a team of experts who will monitor and advise on the removal of the asbestos roofing. Asbestos was banned, after it was discovered that it is a health hazard that causes serious illness, including cancer.
