Rukiza hits a jackpot
After continuously spending his money on purchasing betting tickets in a bid to become a winner with Pari Mutuel Urbain (PMU) Rwanda, Jean Damascene Rukiza has been rewarded by the company for his attempt. Rukiza won a flat screen TV, while Emmanuel Munyaneza, the second runner up walked away with a shopping voucher worth Rwf100, 000 at Amon supermarket, Kigali.
