Editor, I want to thank first of all, the Burundian authorities for arresting and extraditing this terrorist to Rwanda. You have acted to stop terror, unlike many Western states that let these kinds of fellows move about freely. You have shown the way forward. Deo Mushayidi’s arrest and transfer to Rwanda has dealt a heavy blow to a host of terrorist groups operating to destabilise Rwanda and other regional countries.
