Clarification
Jean Pierre Rurenga (R) in The Sunday Times of Nov 29, 2009 was erroneously captioned as one of the car thieves. Rurenga, in this picture was explaining to journalists how the vehicle was stolen. Rurenga assisted the police in apprehending the suspect (left).
