Monday March 8, will be a proud day for Rwanda

Editor, In a weeks time, I will be proud to see the Rwandan flag fly at Marlborough House-London, the Commonwealth Secretariat. The flag raising ceremony will mark Rwanda’s entry into the Commonwealth. While our accession was extremely challenging and full of pitfalls, I’m happy to see that, despite all these challenges, we were able to emerge as a fully fledged member of this global body.
