SOUTHERN PROVINCE NYAMAGABE — Superintendent Fulgence Gatari, the districtPolice Commander of Nyamagabe on Sunday died on the spot in a road accident. The accident occurred during morning hours along the Nyamagabe-Cyangugu highway.The deceased was driving a National Police Pick-up truck when he rammedinto a private trailer registration number RAA 641 F loaded with cement coming from Cyangugu. There have been a growing number of road accidents in the Province. Recent statistics from traffic Police show that the south recorded the highest number of accidents in the first eight months of the year, 59 of them fatal. Ends
