Former Ruli students stuck
Former students of Ruli School of Health which was closed by the Ministry of Education are in dilemma after failing to raise the required tuition fees at the institutes they where reintegrated into. Ruli was ordered to shut down after it failed to meet the Ministry of Education’s standards.
