It’s said that an idle mind is the devil’s workshop! That’s very true. This is because as one loiters with nothing constructive on their mind, the higher the chances of them doing something regrettable. It could be alcohol or drug abuse, sex related offences, burglary or worse. In today’s Focus we shall meet Epimaque Hakizimana. He is a perfect example of what idleness can do.
