Ministry urges private sector on employees’ skills

The Ministry of Public Service and Labour has urged the private sector to take the lead in developing their employees’ skills in order to increase their productivity through the use of ICT and promote customer service. “Escaping poverty means having a job. Developing labour standards without addressing employment would be senseless,” Anastase Murekezi Minister for Public Service said.
