Rwanda Television has erred on the Japan deal
Editor, Many people would write the Letters page when they find a ‘problematic’ story. This time I just want to congratulate Sunny Ntayombya’s opinion in yesterday’s issue of The New Times. I’m also convinced that that Rwanda Television (RTV) deal will only benefit the Japanese, who seek to disseminate their culture.
