Congratulations Rwanda Traffic Police

Editor, It is encouraging to find out that there is an active mechanism in place to reduce the number of accidents in our country. Following the increasing occurrence of road accidents in the country, the National Police and with the Parliament passing a law that will affect drivers who are either reckless or drunk while behind the wheel. A system to detect the content of alcohol level in a person’s body was introduced during the last month; however, this had not been enforced until early this week when a law was passed with regard to the issue.
