Rwandan Ambassadors will today start their annual retreat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation headquarters, the ministry has announced. According to a statement issued yesterday, the two-day retreat will be held with the aim of developing a common understanding of tasks and responsibilities between the diplomatic staff and the Ministry headquarters to promote efficiency. “The major target of this retreat is primarily to explore together challenges and hindrances which could prevent embassies and ministerial units from delivering tangible results as per the ministry’s mission,” the statement reads in part.
