Orinfor to purchase 458 documentaries
The state-owned, Rwanda Office of Information (Orinfor) will purchase 458 Japanese cultural documentaries. The documentaries that include programs on Japanese culture, education, business, science and technology will be purchased at a tune of US$500,000 grant from the Japanese government.
