New MHC board takes office
New Board members of the Media High Council (MHC) yesterday assumed office after a handover ceremony witnessed by the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, also current overseer of the information docket, Protais Musoni. The New Times’ Managing Editor, Arthur Asiimwe, was elected the chairman of the new seven-member board.
