Abegga to officiate at 2010 World Cup
CELESTIN Ntagungira a.k.a Abegga is in high spirits after confirmation that he will officiate at this year’s Fifa World Cup in South Africa. The 43-year-old is one of eight assistant African referees who will officiate at the football showpiece. The Rwandan will partner with the South African duo of Jerome Damon (Centre) and Enock Molefe.
