Drug dealer arrested in Karongi
KARONGI - Police in Bwishyura sector, Karongi district are holding another notorious drug trafficker who was last week caught red handed smuggling 11kgs of marijuana. Samuel Nteziyaremye, 37, was arrested during a random check up conducted by a joint team of Rwanda Revenue Authority and Police security officials on a bus travelling from Rutsiro to Karongi last week.
