Nyagatare short of materials for 9YBE classrooms
NYAGATARE/RUSIZI – The completion of classes which are meant to support the 9-year-basic education in Nyagatare district, has been delayed due to the lack of materials. When The New Times visited one of the sites at Rurenge Secondary School on Thursday, students were offering a helping hand to the construction workers.
