KCC adopts new way to identify mass graves

Kigali City Council in conjunction with IBUKA, an umbrella organization of Genocide survivors’ association, plan to introduce a new system which will help in identifying the whereabouts of the remains of the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi scattered around the city.The move that is said to be yielding positive results in the Western Province includes hanging a cloth on places where those killed during Genocide are buried.
