Youths challenged to emulate heroes Youths have been urged to emulate the heroes who fought for peace in Rwanda by having determination, desire and love for the country in contributing towards its development. The call was made by Edward Kalisa, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth during a meeting held over the weekend. The meeting brought together several youths in the city.
