Do Banks live up to their values?
Editor, I write this letter with a lot of disbelief about just how some banks interpret the word’s ‘customer service’. I have on a number of occasions visited my bank to do various transactions but at no point have I spent less than one hour just withdrawing my money. And surprisingly at this particular bank, we are usually less than five customers at a single time.
