Western province in Rwf140m debt
KARONGI – Elections of local leaders, their advisory committees and the National Civic Education (Itorero ry’igihugu) conducted last year in the Western Province have left the province with a debt of Rwf140m. This was revealed by Provincial Governor Celestin Kabahizi during a joint action meeting held yesterday at the provincial headquarters.
