RIAM to be revamped

In a bid to strengthen it and turn it into a more responsive think tank to address the current and future skills and capacity needs of the people, the government has resolved to reform the Rwanda Institute of Administration and Management (RIAM). “It is our priority to ensure that RIAM is built and given the capacity necessary to deliver capacity building needs to the public and private sector,” remarked Deogratias Harorimana, the Deputy CEO of Human Capital and Institutional Development at RDB.
