Abegga takes blame for Egypt’s third goal

RWANDA’S top assistant referee Celestin Ntagungira a.k.a Abegga has taken full blame for Egypt’s third goal in Monday’s African Nations Cup quarter-final clash against Cameroon. Abegga, who signaled to South Africa’s center referee Jerome Damon that the ball had crossed the line when in actual sense it had not claimed full responsibility for the error in an email to Times Sport.
