RDB earmarks $42m for tourism Master Plan
Rwanda Development Board (RDB) has drawn a 10-year tourism Master plan that is expected to propel the sector to greater heights. The master plan is expected to cost a whopping $ 42m and was developed with the Ministry of Commerce in the framework of Vision 2020.
