Lick Lick fired from Unlimited Records

One of Rwanda’s leading music producers, Lick Lick (real name Isaac Munyembabazi), was early last week fired by his former boss Albert Niyonzima, the owner of Unlimited Records. Niyonzima accused Lick Lick for embezzling funds, insubordination and neglecting upcoming artists. “He used to disregard upcoming artists, and instead considered the already established ones,” Niyonzima said during an interview with Salus FM, a Butare based radio station.
