RWANDA OTC MARKET REPORT: Week ended 22 January 2010

Equity Market This week the Rwanda OTC market came back to life as the market recorded a turnover of Rwf 172,500 from 1000 KCB shares traded in two recorded transactions.  The KCB shares went up another Rwf 4 from last week’s closing of  Rwf 169. At the end of the session, 1,715 shares were on offer and no buyers. This week on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), share prices went up across the board and volumes increased compared to the previous week.
